Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups melted shortening
- 1 Tbl Anise extract
- 6 Tbl vanilla
- 4 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and sugar until light and foamy. Add melted shortening a little
at a time, then add the anise and vanilla.
Gradually add flour to make a light dough, light enough to drop onto a pizzelle maker with a spoon.
Preheat maker, and push a small amount of dough onto the maker, close and
cook as directed by the Pizzelle maker.
