Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 6 to 7 pounds beef baby back ribs, trimmed and cut into individual ribs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except the ribs.

Line large roasting pan with aluminum foil then place roasting rack on foil. Spray rack with cooking spray. Rub seasoning mixture over all sides of ribs then place roasting rack. Roast, uncovered, for 60 to 65 minutes, or until tender.
