Until last night i had NEVER made ribs before and a lot of the recipes I saw online were extremely time consuming. This recipe, however, was fast enough, simple enough and totally delivered! I followed it to the letter: No tweaking required!! The ribs were so tender and had just the right amount of flavor. I will for sure make this again.

I made this for the family and it came out AWSOME. I have to admit I changed only one thing, not to improve it but I didnt have Cajun seasoning. So I used Smoked Paprika and it came out Perfect !!! Never expected it to come out soooooooo tender !!! Thanks you for posting will use again and again !!!

This was so delicious! I used about 3 lbs of southern style pork ribs (bone in). I made my own cajun seasoning and rubbed the ribs on all sides. I didn't stick to the amount of seasoning the recipe called for. After the ribs were done cooking, I added about 1 TB of brown sugar to my BBQ sauce and then brushed the sauce on top of the ribs and cooked for another 15 mins. It was excellent! It was not too spicy and was perfect. My husband, 3 year old and 1 year old loved the dinner. My 1 year old couldn't get enough of it. This is a winner in my house and will definitely make this one again! Next time I might add some brown sugar to the cajun seasoning before rubbing the pork ribs. Enjoy everyone will love it!

First, one of the few recipes that people didn't say, I made this but I changed this or that. Second, it was not only easy but with ingredients I had on hand. Husband loved them.

Thanks..........My family usually is full of dinner chat as they push another chicken dinner around their plates. Tonight the only thing said was Please say there is more.

I made this recipe tonight, great hit, easy to do!!

These turned out great. They were a little spicy but I used more canjun spices than the recipe called for. They were very tender and I have a hard time getting country ribs tender in the oven. I will definitely make these again (with less cajun seasoning!).

I just served this to my family, and everybody raved about it. The ribs came out tender and moist with wonderful flavor. I did one extra thing. There was a lot of liquid in the pan after the first (covered) cooking period, so I drained the pan before brushing on the barbeque sauce. This definitely goes in my personal recipe book.

I love this recipe! Easy, quick & yummy! Will pass it on to others!!!!! Thanks!!
