Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chiopped
- 3 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 medium zucchini, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 carton (18.3 oz) ready-to-serve sweet red pepper soup
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1/4 tea. hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tea salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Add cabbage, zucchini and mushrooms; cook and stir 8 minutes longer. stir in the soup, tomatoes, hot sauce, salt and pepper. bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
