  • 10 - 10 ounces breaded chicken tenders
  • 1 - 1 jar (10 oz.) sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 - 1 can (8 3/4 oz.) pineapple tidbits
  • 1 - 1 package (16 oz). frozen Oriental vegetables

Step 1

Prepare chicken tenders according to package directions. Place tenders in large skillet. Add sweet and sour sauce, pineapple and vegetables. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
