Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups graham crumbs
- 6tbsp6 tbsp butter
- 3/4cups3/4 cups caramel topping sauce
- 1cup1 cup chopped pecans
- CAKE
- 3pkgs3 pkgs cream cheese
- 1cup1 cup sugar
- 1tsp1 tsp vanilla
- 33 eggs
- 88 melted square chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
CRUST
Combine crumbs and sugar. Press into bottom and up 1" OF 9" springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
Pour caramel sauce over cooked crust. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
CAKE
Beat cream cheese, vanilla and sugar till very smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time just till blended. Stir in chocolate. Pour over pecans and bake at 325 for 50 minutes till set.
Remove from oven, run knife along pan to loosen. Cool to room temperature. Chill overnight.
