  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp sriracha hot sauce(unless you have kids)not sure if paleo
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tamari (soy sauce)
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 4 cups shredded chix from deli chicken
  • 1/2 lb buckwheat soba noodles (optional) not paleo
  • you can use spaghetti squash

Step 1

in a small sauce pan heat sesame oil and add garlic and gingerfry about 1 min pour ina blender add all remaining ingredients blend until smooth save out hot water and add slowly if needed for smooth consistency por into bowl w chicken toss together to coat chicken either place ontop of salad or mix with soba noodles.
