My version of creamy coleslaw made up from 4 different recipes. Hope you like
- 2 bags (14 oz) coleslaw cabbage mix
- 2 cups mayo
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1-1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sweet relish
- 1 tsp celery SEED not salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp horseradish
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 10mins
Open bags and rinse under cold water to rinse. Drain well and dry.
In bowl add all other ingredients and mix well.
In serving bowl place dried coleslaw mix and blend in dressing and mix till coated well.
Place in refrigerator to chill.
