Ingredients
- 1 package (2.25 ounces) slivered almonds (1/2 cup)
- 2 medium celery ribs, diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 Schnucks herb whole roasted chicken, skin removed and meat diced (about 2-1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup seedless green grapes, each cut in half
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 large iceberg lettuce leaves

Step 1
In large bowl, toss all ingredients except for lettuce until well blended. Chicken salad can be prepared up to 2 days ahead.
Place 1 lettuce leaf on each of 4 salad plates. Divide chicken salad between lettuce leaves, about 11/2 cups in each. Fold lettuce over chicken salad.
