Ingredients
- 1 Baker's German Sweet Chocolate Bar (4 oz)
- (I used a 7 oz Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Candy bar)so whatever you want.
- 1/3 cup milk (divided)
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, softened. (Oops...I used all 8 oz guess I should read more carefully!!--it worked though, so if you want to use all 8 oz go ahead!)
- 1 8 oz container cool whip, thawed (I actually used French Vanilla Cool Whip that my mother-in-law had brought)
- 1 8-9 oz graham cracker crust OR Oreo Cookie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Heat chocolate and 2 Tbsp of the milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Beat sauce into cream cheese, add remaining milk to chocolate mixture and fold into cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and blend until smooth. Pour into crust and freeze until firm (at least 4 hours). Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired. Store any leftovers in freezer
NOTE: For Chocolate Mint Pie, prepare as above and add 1/2 Tps peppermint extract to chocoate-cream mixture
