Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups rhubarb
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp almond flavouring
- sugar

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg, add milk, oil and flavouring and add all at once to dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Fold in rhubarb. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Dip tops in sugar while hot or sprinkle over before baking.
