Spritz Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter/ margarine
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/2 tsp orange extract
• 1 tsp grated orange rind
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and beat. Add extract and rind. Mix and add salt and flour. Put through press onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min in 400°F oven.
