Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 Ready bake grahm cracker pie crust (6oz)
- "Filling"
- 2 pkgs cream cheese softened(3oz. each)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk ((14oz)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup mini-milk choclate chips(semi-sweet can be subsituted)
- 1 tsp. flour
- "Chocolate Glaze"
- 1/2 cup mini-milk chocolate chips(semi-sweet can be subsituted)
- 1/4 cup whipping cream

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Directions
1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk unitl smooth.
2. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until just combined. Toss together 1 cup chocolate morsels and flour. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
3. Pour into crust. Bake about 30 minutes or until center is almost set or unitl center springs back when lightly touched. Cool for 1 hour.
4. In small saucepan combine 1/2 cup chocolate morsels and cream. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Pour over cheesecake. Cool for 30 minutes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
