Ingredients
- Sauce:
- Crushed Pastosa tomatoes
- Salt pepper, oil, Italian seasoning and garlic.
- Pizza:
- Dough
- Fresh Mozzerella
- Parmesan Cheese
- Oregano
- Pepper
- Fresh Basil

Preparation
Step 1
Sauce:
Sauté garlic in oil, and then add tomatoes, salt pepper and Italian seasoning, cook low for about 25 minutes.
Pizza:
Preheat oven to 480 degrees
Let dough rise several hours
Once dough doubles in volume, stretch into a well oiled pan
Put oil on top of dough, then cook @ 480 degrees till browned.
Once browned layer slices of fresh mozzarella, then tomato sauce, sprinkle with oregano, pepper and parmesan cheese, then top with plenty of fresh basil.
Then put in over and let cheese melt.
*** check bottom throughout to make sure it does not burn.
