- 4 sliced Bacon (cut into 1" pices)
- 1 Onion (thinly sliced)
- 250 grams Philladelphia Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Swiss Cheese
- 1 Pie Crust

Cook bacon in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or just until bacon is crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels; set aside. Add onions to drippings; cook 15 to 20 minutes or until onions are caramelized, stirrin gfrequently.
Heat oven to 400F. Unroll pie crust on baking sheet Mix cream cheese and sour cream; spread onto crust. Spoon onion mixture and bacon onto centre of crust, leaving 2-inch border, top with swiss cheese. Fold border over filling, leaving opening in centre and pleating crust as necessary.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cool slightly.
