- Pizza dough for 2 pizzas
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 (12-oz) jar salsa
- 1 (4-oz) can chopped green chilies (drained)
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- shredded lettuce

- sour cream
- tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
Roll out and prebake pizza crusts at 400 for 10 minutes (lightly browned.)
Brown ground beef with onions and garlic. Drain and add beans, tomato paste, water, salsa, and green chilies. Stir to combine. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Divide sauce among pizza and spread evenly over each crust. Cool in refrigerator, wrap, attach bags of cheeses, label, and freeze.
To reheat: Bake frozen pizzas at 400 for 12-18 minutes until hot. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake 10-15 minutes longer, until cheese bubbles and begins to brown.
