Ingredients
- LOAF:
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- SAUCE:
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. mustard

Step 1
1. Combine bread crumbs, milk, ground beef, eggs, salt, onion, and pepper. Mash together with hands and form loaf. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour covered.
2. Sauce: Combine brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard. Pour on top of meatloaf and bake for 15 minutes uncovered. Cool for 10 minutes and cut.
