Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Heavy cream

Step 1
1-Sautee garlic in butter with the salt and pepper.
2-Add whiskey and flame
3-Add wine reduce ½ by boiling, then add cream
and let simmer 15 minutes.
4-Then add veal and fresh parsley.
***Sautee floured veal in butter.
