Ingredients
- 1 3/4 * 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups white flour
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup oil
- 3/4 * 3/4 tsp salt 1 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix flours in a large bowl
2. In a blender or with hand mixer blend oil, salt and water
3. Add liquid mixture to dry, mixing well but as little as possible
4. Roll as thin as possible on unoiled cookie sheet- not more then 1/8 inch thick
5. Mark with knife for size crackers desired, but do not cut through
6. Prick each each cracker a few times with fork
7. Sprinkle lightly with salt if desired
