Ingredients
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Spanish Onion, diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 oz Sun-dried Tomatoes (not in oil), diced
- 2 15oz cans Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 5 Basil Leaves, thinly sliced

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium pot, heat oil.
Add onions and garlic and let brown.
Add remaining ingredients and cook over a low flame for 25 minutes.
Mix with cooked pasta and serve warm or at room temperature.
