Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. maple syrup
  • 2 Tb. fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 Tb. lemon juice
  • 2 Tb. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/4 lbs. skin-on salmon fillets

Step 1

In a greased 13x9" baking pan, stir together all ingredients except salmon. Place salmon, skin-side up, in pan. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes. Turn; marinate another 15 minutes. Line a separate 13x9" baking pan with parchment paper. Place salmon on parchment, skin-side down, brush with marinade. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Brush with remaining marinade and return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Discard skin before serving. Serves. 6.
