1 small head cabbage
olive oil
vinegar
salt and pepper
cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 450
cut cabbage in 8 wedges
spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
place cabbage on cookie sheet and brush with olive oil
season with salt and pepper
roast for 35-40 mins
drizzle with vinegar the last minute of cooking
