Triple Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. choc. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 5 tbsp. butter, melted
- 20 lg. choc. marshmallows
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. espresso powder
- 8 (1oz) squares semi-sweet choc.
- 2 (8oz) containers frozen choc. nondairy whipped topping, thawed
- garnish: shaved chocolate

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a med. bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar. Add butter, stirring till combined. Press crust into bottom and up sides of a 9" deep dish pie plate. Bake for 5 mins. Cool completely.
In the top of a double boiler, combine marshmallows, milk, and espresso powder. Place over simmering water, and cook, stirring frequently, till marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; add chocolate, stirring till choc. is melted. Let cool for 5 mins. Stir in 1 (8oz) container choc. whipped topping. Spoon mixture into prepared crust. Cover, and refrigerate for 8 hours. Spread remaining whipped topping over pie before serving. Garnish w/ shaved chocolate.
