Ingredients
- 2 large heads of green cabbage
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Sliced black olives
- Other toppings of choice (pizza sauce, jalapenos, etc.)
- Provolone, mozzarella, or other cheese of choice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 to 425 degrees.
Peel off outer leaves of cabbage, cut off bottom, and slice into 1-inch thick slices. Wash well and let dry. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings, flip and repeat. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flip, and roast for another 20-30 minutes. Top with toppings of choice and cheese. Bake for another 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
