  • 2 cups All purpose flour or Pastry
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • 1 tablespoonSugar
  • 3/4 cupButter
  • 2 tablespoonsButter
  • 6 tablespoonsWater; cold

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and allow it to refrigerate for about 30 minutes

Make sure all ingredients are cold. Mix together the flour, sugar and salt. Cut in the butter until it resembles the size of hazelnuts. Add enough water to bring dough together. Rest in the refrigerator approximately 30 minutes or until the dough is firm and cold.
