Ingredients

  • 3-4 avocados
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp maca
  • 1 tsp kalahari salt
  • Panca chili pepper powder, to taste
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)

Preparation

Step 1



Scoop out avocado and place in bowl. Chop tomato and onion, then add to bowl. Chop cilantro (with or without stems) and add to bowl with garlic, kalahari salt, maca, lemon juice, and panca chili pepper powder. Stir gently, and if you’re feeling adventurous, sprinkle cacao nibs on to taste.
