Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken with skin (Do NOT use skinless filets!)
  • 1 large onion
  • Grapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbl paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Wash chicken. Coarsely chop onion. Add grapeseed oil to pressure cooker and brown onions in pressure cooker. (If using electric PC, set to brown mode).

Add chicken, paprika, salt and 1/4 cup water.

Switch to pressure cook mode as needed and cook for 45 mins.

Serve with soft noodles (see soft noodle recipe)
