CHICKEN AND CORN SOUP

  • SEASONING:
  • 2 pcs chicken breast, xliced
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
  • 1 egg white
  • dash pepper
  • drops of sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsps tapioca starch
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a wok and bring chicken broth to a boil. Add creamed corn and chicken. Bring to a boil again.

2. Add seasoning and cook until soup is thickened. Stir in egg white. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
