Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery, chopped (3/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup flax seeds, ground
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Place first seven ingredients in bowl, mix then add water, mix well. Form into four balls and flatten into burger patties.
Option-dehydrate for three hours at 104F, serve warm.
will keep for 2 days (4 if dehydrated)in the fridge.
Serve with ketchup, mustard, tomato and lettuce
