Cookie Pizza Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. refrigerated choc. chip cookie dough
• 1 pkg. choc. cake mix, plus ingred. to prepare
• 1 c. prepared vanilla frosting
• 1/2 c. PB
• 1-2 tbsp. milk
• 1 container (16oz) choc. frosting
• choc. pb cups, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Coat two 12x1" round pizza pans w/ nonstick spray. Press cookie dough evenly into one pan. Bake 15-20 mins. or till edges are golden brown. Cool 20 mins. in pan on wire rack.

Prepare cake mix to box instructions. Fill second pan 1/4-1/2 full with batter. (discard or save for another use of choice, such as cupcakes). Bake 10-15 mins. or till toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 mins. on wire rack. Gently remove cake from pan; cool completely.

Combine vanilla frosting and PB in sm bowl, gradually stir in milk, 1 tbsp at a time, till spreadable consistency.

Place cookie on serving plate. Spread PB frosting over cookie. Place cake on top of cookie, trimming cookie to match size of cake, if necessary. Frost top and side of cake w/ choc frosting. Garnish w/ PB cups, if desired.
