Mix 1 c brown sugar, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. I TIRED THIS ON 8/19/12 AND IT WAS EXCELLENT, ONE OF THE BETTER ONES I HAVE MADE. EVERYONE LOVED IT. I PUT IT ON CHICKEN BREAST.
