Ingredients

Angel Food Cake
Whipping cream
powdered sugar
strawberries
cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

I take the whipping cream and beat with about 1 TBS powdered sugar per cup of cream until the cream is whipped where stiff peaks will stand. Then I remove the whipped cream from my mixer and whip the cream cheese (1/2 block to 2 cups of whipped cream) until it is nice and smooth then I fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese.

Then in the jar I layer diced angel food cake, sliced strawberries, and the whipped mixture. You can make as much or as little as you like of this sweet treat.
