Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (great for muscle recovery)
- 3 tablespoons almond butter (healthy fats that your body needs, and umm hello awesome)
- 2 eggs (protein to build the muscle and burn fat)
- (sprinkle of cinnamon if you so wish )

Step 1
Just mash together 3 ripe bananas, 3 Tablespoons almond butter, 2 eggs and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Cook in a skillet with coconut oil.
