  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Step 1

Place butter and cocoa in pan. Heat over low heat until melted. Place sugar, flour, salt, and eggs in a bowl. Stir in cocoa mixture. Add the nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased jellyroll pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

while they are baking, make the frosting. Heat butter, cocoa, and milk in pan until melted and smooth. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. After baking, remove the brownies from the oven and turn off the heat. Spread the marshmallows over the top and place the pan back into the oven for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and swirl the frosting around the marshmallows.
