Ingredients
- 1 Vaccum'd Sealed Sliced Sesame Chicken Culets
- 3 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey (only if using white wine vinegar)
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 8 cups coarsely shredded iceberg lettuce (1 Med. head)
- 1/2 cup cilantro; chopped
- 1/3 cup Roasted Peanuts; chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Onions; slices
- 1/4 cup Ginger; crystallized & chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Thaw cutlets in refrig. overnight or cut corner of bag & defrost in microwave on defrost setting for 10 mintues or until chicken is slightly soft
2.) Combine vinegar, soy sauce,(honey if using white wine), & Sesame oil in small bowl
3.) Combine remaining ingredients and sliced chicken in a large bowl.
4.) Toss salad with dressing & serve immediately.
