- kefalogravera cheese or greek cheese
- olive oil
- pepper
- cognac or ouzo
- lemon juice

Step 1
Put small amount of olive oil in bottom of dish. Slice cheese thin and lay in oiled pan. Add small amount oliver oil to top of cheese. Sprinkle with pepper. Broil until cheese is melted and golden in color. Pur 1 jigger cognac or ouzo over top and light. Squeeze lemon juice on top to extinguish. Cut into pieces and serve with pieces of french bread or pita bread.
