Ingredients
- 3 red tomatoes
- 3 yellow tomatoes
- 3 tbls Evoo (divided)
- 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbls white balsamic vinager
- 2 tbls fresh basil, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Cut tomatoes in half and thread onto skewers
Brush with 1 tbls Evoo and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Grill, covered over med. heat, turning often (apx. 10 mins)
While tomatoes are grilling, combine remaining Evoo, with white balsamic vinager and basil.
Remove tomatoe kabobs from heat and drizzle basil mixture over the tomatoes.
