Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach (drained of excess water)
  • 1 (15 ounce) cans artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese grated

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Cut up artichokes, combine everything except the mozzarella, put it all in baking dish ( I use 9x9); sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, and bake at 350 for ½ hour.
