Rock N Serve Brownies

Ingredients

• 6 Tbsp margarine or butter
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup nuts, if desired
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine and cocoa. Add to the rest of the ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix and spread in a large shallow rock n serve. Cook in microwave on high for 4-5 min. Remove seal and spread chips over top. Reseal, vented, for 2 min and spread over.
