Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound hot sausage
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion - chopped
  • 2 pounds velveeta cheese - cubed
  • 2 cans green chilies and tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Fry and drain the hot sausage and ground beef.

In a crock pot on low, mix sausage and beef with chopped onion, cubed cheese, green chilies, and tomatoes.

Heat until cheese melts

Serve with doritos, on a baked potato, or rolled in flour tortilla.

Keeps in refrigerator for up to one week.
