Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Heavy Cream
- 1/8 cup of milk
- 5 oz of parmesan cheese
- 2 oz of fontina cheese
- 1 Tablespoons of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of teasoning seasoning (a blend of garlic and onion salt, salt, pepper, dill weed and tarragon)wonderful seasoning
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 Tablespoon of flour

Preparation
Step 1
melt butter and add flour and garlic cook and stir until garlic is fragrant but not to brown about a minute
whisk in the cram and milk
stir constantly until the mixture is hot and slightly thickened about 10 minutes
gradually stir in cheese & season to taste with seasoning or with
1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper
simmer for about 20 more minutes stir stir stir it will thicken up
serve immediately over pasta
enough for 2 to 3 people
