Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 C. oil
- 2 C. sugar
- 3 C. grated carrots
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 C. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Baking soda
- Frosting
- 1 C. chopped pecans
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box powdered sugar (4 cups)
- 1 cube butter
- Add milk, if necessary to spread

Grease and flour cake pan or bundt pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes - cake pan
or 50 min. - bundt pan
