Garlic-Chive Baked Fries

Ingredients
- Flavored Varieties:
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 teaspoons dried minced chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Herb: Mix 1 Tbsp. each minced fresh thyme, rosemary, and oregano.
- Chili: Mix 1⁄2 tsp. sugar, 1⁄4 tsp. each chili powder and cayenne, and 1⁄8 tsp. paprika.
- Cheese: Toss fries with 1⁄4 cup finely grated Parmesan.
- Cajun: 1 tsp. each kosher salt, garlic powder, dried thyme, and paprika
- 1/4 tsp. each cayenne pepper and black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch julienne strips. Rinse well and pat dry.
Drizzle the olive oil over potatoes, toss to coat.
Combine chives, salt, garlic powder and pepper together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat.
Arrange in a single layer on two 15 x 10 x 1 baking pans coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450 for 20 - 25 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once.
