No Fuss Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 5 (1-ounce) semisweet chocolate squares, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Combine chocolate and whipping cream in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, and cool completely. Transfer mixture to mixing bowl; cover and chill at least 8 hours.
Just before serving, beat chocolate mixture at medium-high speed of electric beater until mixture thickens to desired consistency. Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
Notes:
For added flavor boost, stir 1 to 2 teaspoons coffee liqueur or orange liqueur into melted chocolate mixture.
