Ingredients
- Salad:
- 12 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 large head romaine lettuce
- 1 c halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 c thinly sliced jicama
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- Chipotle Ranch Dressing:
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh chives
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Salad:
Cook bacon according to package directions. Chop bacon. Chop romaine into bite-size pieces.
In a large bowl, combine bacon, lettuce and next 3 ingredients. Serve lettuce mixture immediately with desired amount of Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined. Cover and chill for up to 5 days.
