Ingredients
- Chocolate Sauce:
- Store-Bought Graham Cracker Crust
- 3 oz. Evaporated Milk
- 4 oz. bittersweet or semi sweet chocolate
- sugar, to sweeten as needed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp butter
- Peanut Butter Filling:
- 4 oz. Light Cream Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 tub of light Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter, softened
- Sugar, to sweeten as needed

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, add butter, evaporated milk, chocolate, vanilla and melt over low heat. Add sugar to taste.
Reserve 2TB of chocolate sauce, then pour remainder over graham cracker crust and place in freezer to harden/chill. Meanwhile, in small bowl mix peanut butter with cream cheese. Then fold in cool whip. Spoon on top of chocolate/graham cracker crust.
Drizze reserved sauce over pie.
Chill in freezer until ready to serve.
