Sinfully Good Pudding Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 (8-ounces) package cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tub of Cool Whip, about 2 cups (reserve some for topping)
• 2 (3-ounces each) boxes instant chocolate pudding
• 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine flour, butter or margarine and chopped nuts until it roughly forms a ball. Press in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let crust cool.

Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip, blend well. Spread on top of crust.

Then mix chocolate pudding with milk and pour over cream cheese layer. Top the pudding layer with cool whip. Chill.
