Pasta - ChickenParm 'Jar Sauce [V]

Serve with hot cooked pasta, tossed green salad, & crusty garlic bread. Use extra marinara sauce & Parmesan cheese if using 5 chicken cutlets.

- 1 Vaccum'd bag of Parmesan chicken cutlets
- 2-1/2 cups prepared marinara sauce (1 32oz. jar)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Spaghetti or penne pasta

Step 1
1.) Thaw cutlets in refrig. overnight, or cut corner of bag & defrost in microwave on defrost setting for 10 minutes or unitl chicken is slightly soft.
2.) Heat marinara sauce in 12" skillet on med-high heat until bubbly.
3.) Place thawed cutlets in sauce.
4.) Cover & simmer 10 mins. or until chicken is heated through.
5.) Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on each cutlet.
6.) Cover & Cook for 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
7.) Serve each cutlet with pasta; spoon marinara sacue over cutlet & pasta.
