- 4 cups rice (Carolina)
- 1 stick butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 pound mozzarella grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1 cup grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
• 4 cups rice (Carolina)
• 1 stick butter
Cook rice as directed on package. When done add butter &
refrigerate overnight.
• 6 eggs
• 1 pound mozzarella grated
• 1 teaspoon salt
• pepper
• 1 cup grated cheese
Mix all ingredients with the rice. Form rice into balls; roll in plain
breadcrumbs & deep fry until golden brown.
