Mushroom Salisbury Steak

By

My family really looks forward to supper when these tasty beef patties are on the menu. I served this effortless entree to our preacher when he came to dinner, and I often bring it to covered-dish gatherings. I keep the recipe typed and ready to hand out because it's always requested. -Louise Miller, Westminster, Maryland

REVIEWS:

LOVE this! However, I made it in the oven.

I prefer to make this in a skillet rather than a microwave. It takes a little longer but we like it better that way.

This recipe is delicious. I did not have the consomme so I used two pkgs. of brown gravy mix.
